Our Return Policy
You must request a Return authorization number (RA#) by clicking filling this form.
Please allow
1-3 business days for the RA# number to be issued to you via e-mail. Merchandise returned without pre-authorization will be refused.
Your return will be processed within 3 business days after being received at our warehouse.
Shoes returned without the original packaging will not be accepted and will be shipped back as they came and the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
When the item arrives it will be carefully inspected, all items must be in brand new condition as received, with the original box/packaging as they came with without any tape or marks on the box.
Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment
(THE TOTAL PURCHASED AMOUNT INCLUDING TAXES IF APPLICABLE) less original shipping charges and 20% restocking fee to cover depreciation.
