We guarantee your 100% satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return or exchange.
Sneakers4U.com will accept returns of unworn, re-saleable, regular price merchandise for exchange or refund when received by us within seven (7) days of your receiving date. All final sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
All items purchased with promotional or coupon codes are considered final sale items and are only eligible for exchange.
All returns must be pre-authorized. You must request a Return authorization number (RA#)
by clicking here. Please allow 1-3 business days for the RA# number to be issued to you via e-mail. Merchandise returned without pre-authorization will be refused.
Your return will be processed within 3 business days after being received at our warehouse.
Shoes returned without the original packaging will not be accepted and will be shipped back as they came and the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
When the item arrives it will be carefully inspected, all items must be in brand new condition as received, with the original box/packaging as they came with without any tape or marks on the box. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment (THE TOTAL PURCHASED AMOUNT INCLUDING TAXES IF APPLICABLE) less original shipping charges and 20% restocking fee to cover depreciation. You will receive an e-mail notification once your return is processed.
Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

The RA# must be indicated on the outside of the shipped package.
The package will be refused without the RA#.
Freight must be prepaid and the merchandise must be in its original packaging. No freight charges are refundable for any reason other than a shipping error on our part.
We are not responsible for any returned packages that are lost by the shipping carrier.
Our Customer Service department will acknowledge receipt of your return item via e-mail and will make every effort to ship your replacement item within one or two business days. For standard shipping you should receive your order within 6-10 business days.
Please note that you will be charged for shipping of your replacement item. Please send a money order or complete payment via Paypal to info@sneakers4u.com for the same amount of the the original item cost you.
Returns cannot be made in person.
If the shoes are defective after being worn, please contact the manufacturer to get a replacement - we will not replace worn shoes.
