How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are shipped from our warehouse facility within 1-3 business days after they are placed. For domestic orders that ship within the contiguous US 48 states, please allow up to 5-7 business days after they ship for delivery to your location. You will be sent a tracking number via email when the order has shipped. Please track the package to see when your order will be delivered. Please note that tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update by the courier after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Do you ship internationally?
We do ship to countries outside the United States. Please Contact us via e-mail (Contact Us) or phone (800-748-2205) for assistance with all international orders. Please note that any Customs and Brokerage fees that may be applicable upon delivery are not included in the total amount of your order. This fee is to be paid by the customer in order for the package to be released from customs at the destination country. Fees may vary depending on the value of the product(s) ordered. We cannot determine what these fees will be. Please check with your local customs office for detail on how these charges are applied.
My package was not delivered. What should I do?
If your package was not delivered, or if there hasn’t been any updates to the tracking information for more than 5 business days, Please Contact us via e-mail (Contact Us) or phone (800-748-2205). Please fill out all the fields in the form and click send email. We will then contact the courier to start an investigation to trace the package. Please note the investigation can take 1-10 business days. When the investigation is completed and the package is declared lost, we will issue a refund or replacement.
